We arrived to our room to find the sheets on one of the beds weren’t changed. They appeared to be slept in and the sheets and cover were both stained. We complained to the front desk staff whom sent up new sheets for us the guests to change ourselves. The experience was disappointing. There was trash left in the trash can in our room. The body was in the shower was left outside of the locking mechanism and the toilet seat was left up. The cleanliness of this hotel was a major let down. Unfortunately, for such an old building and in a great location the cleanliness and service let this hotel down. I’d advise considering other hotels like the maverick which we have also stayed at and had a much more pleasant experience. They also do not have cribs available for children and the bed frames of the beds are made out of sharp metal which is not great for any young children or elderly people.

Elevator so slow

Rooms carpet was filthy and the bathroom tub was not draining well.
