"I would describe our stay as okay however the photos on the hotel.com website does not reflect how the hotel/accommodation actually looks, parts of The Best Western in Bury St Edmunds needs refreshing with money spent on carpets and decor. The patio area not only needs cleaning but the smell of cat feces is overwhelming in warm weather."
