"From my first contact at booking, the reservation staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful & I would say they went above & beyond my expectations. I had accessibility requirements & again they went above & beyond to make sure I had an accessible room which made things a lot easier. I had a good nights sleep, breakfast was good, all staff were polite & happy to help & gave me the impression that they cared about the level of service they were providing. A Special mention to Gemma & The Housekeeping team as I had left a item by accident, I discovered when I returned home & called reception, Gemma found my item, & called me back to let me know. The item has now been collected & it will be back with me shortly. So I’m extremely grateful, I would recommend this hotel for all the above reasons, plus it is close to the Train Station & in the heart of the city making it a perfect base close to amenities. A well deserved 5* Rating! Thank you."
