"The positives, very comfortable. The management and team make you feel welcome. Also they will ( if right) go out of there way in emergency situations to make you feel welcome. Breakfasts are always well stocked with many different choices. The things I feel that need improvement are it could be a little cleaner. . Not messy, but the deep cleaning could be done.😁and for people in our situation that has been stZying many days it was never brought to our attention that we could be saving money with a rewards program and given our situation the saved money could have helped us out so much. Things like that should be promoted. At least to the ones that are coming there more often than not. It does make a huge difference and also word of mouth from happy customers brings more business. But otherwise it's our go-to at the moment while we deal with a cancer patient being misplaced with housing and no funds from city to help. And will def keep coming here as our go-to. .love it here"

"My partner and I stayed at a Tucson location 3 weeks while I finished a travel nursing contract. It truly had a ‘resort’ feel. We had a full breakfast daily and a free (1 drink each) daily happy hour! We hung out during the days at the pool/hot tub tropical oasis after morning desert hikes. These trailheads were a short drive away. The room by the pool was remodeled and had a great bed! Housekeeping began ignoring our room after the first several days of our ‘do-not-disturb’ sign hanging outside. When we actually needed them the rest of our time, we had to be very deliberate to get service to our room; this being the only complaint."
