I’m still not sure how the bed was that soft, but I’ve accepted that my mattress at home will never live up to it. The food and drinks were amazing too. Every meal felt like something we should have taken pictures of but ate too quickly. What impressed us most was the service. Every single person we met was warm, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy we were there. It’s rare to stay somewhere that feels this personal and still completely effortless. Ka’ana is the perfect home base for all the adventures around San Ignacio, but also the kind of place where you seriously consider cancelling your plans and just staying by the pool with a cocktail. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting.
