"Cozy Flat was perfect for us! Samantha and Natasha were amazing! When we arrived, we couldn’t get the bedroom AC to turn on. They addressed it right away. In record time they had it fixed, less than two hours from we messaged them about it. The place was very clean and had excellent eating spots close by. "The place was big, beautiful tile and wood work. No hot water, hard to find, no one to meet us, had to hunt down someone to open it. Stove did not work. Not enough blankets. Beds were uncomfortable.
