Chdck in took nearly 1 hour becuase staff couldn't find the booking. Dirty room. Stains on the towels and toilet. Leaky shower head, no basic amenities like kettle, tea/coffee. Unthinkable for a "4 star" hotel. This hotel is more like a 2 star. Only positive was the location.

Good place close to the train station

A bit scarce on the toilet paper, got only 1/3 of a roll. Room was interesting and spacy, quiet location. Arrived late, clerk was not overly friendly or informative eg on breakfast

Not the best

It was terrible. Our main problem is, we lost our luggage when we left Sunday. We have called multiple times, send emails. They don’t respond, because they can’t find the luggage, it’s left right in their lounge. It’s not even expensive clothes, it’s just my baby’s clothes can’t be replaced… I also slept on the floor the first night, because they couldn’t find a baby bed. They promised they would give it the day after, still didn’t get it. The room was fine, you get what you pay for.
