  • Modern clinker-brick holiday home with a fully fenced garden featuring a south-facing patio in a quiet location. Accommodates up to four people and a baby. Double parking space. Dogs allowed.

    The beach, the harbour, and the Nessmersiel Sturmfrei Family Centre with its WellnessOase are within walking distance. Nessmersiel is often referred to as a mecca for mudflat hikers because most mudflat hikes to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum, as well as to the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site, begin here.

    Ground floor:



    Open living and dining area with cosy, attractive seating, flat-screen TV, and stereo system; dining table with chairs.

    Modern built-in kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic stove with oven, microwave, etc., as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.

    Guest bathroom, storage room.

    The rooms are fully tiled.

    Upper floor:



    One bedroom with a double bed.



    One bedroom with two single beds.

    Bathroom with natural light (skylight) featuring a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

    A high chair and travel cot are available.

    Maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets allowed. Surcharge per dog: 6.00 euros/day.

    Bed linens and towels are available for rent.



    Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Hier herrscht Verbesserungsbedarf!

Das Haus ist innen sauber und gut ausgestattet, weist aber einige Mängel auf. Teilweise sind Sachen kaputt und/oder müssten erneuert werden. Das WC im Erdgeschoss leidet unter Schimmelbefall. Aus dem HW Raum kamen mal Ameisen. Die Terrasse war mit Unkraut bewachsen und nicht gepflegt. Auch der Eingangsbereich Fußmatten, Fenster, etc. müssten mal gereinigt werden. Wir haben über einiges hinweg sehen müssen und hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub. Nochmal buchen, würden wir dieses Haus nicht.
