Here you’ll find a cosy, newly furnished holiday apartment with a direct view of the Siel from the balcony. Direct sunlight floods the apartment all day long. The apartment is furnished for 1 to 4 people as follows: living room with a seating area, flat-screen TV, radio, and dining area. A large L-shaped sleeper sofa with a comfortable sleeping surface measuring 1.40 x 2 m for two guests. A small kitchenette with everything you need for quick meals. Bedroom with two single beds; a south-facing balcony with seating and a wonderful view of the Siel; bathroom with shower and toilet; a private parking space (No. 16) is available in the courtyard; shared use of a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee; shopping, spa doctor, spa centre, restaurants, and cafes right on site. The harbour, beach, heated seawater outdoor pool, play barn, and spa park are all within a 10-minute walk. We’re also happy to accommodate families—baby cots and high chairs can be booked through us, as well as towels and bed linens. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please contact your landlord at least two days before arrival to arrange key pickup. Bed linens and towels can be booked on-site. Simply contact your landlord after booking. A security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. Holiday Rental No. 16 is located right in the heart of the quiet village of Dornumersiel and is therefore very centrally located, allowing you to reach everything on foot.<br>Restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful Mahlbusen—a lake perfect for strolling—are all nearby. <br>The holiday rental is situated right on the water, where you can go boating or fishing.<br>Boats can be rented right on site.
