Your dream holiday home with historical roots is the holiday home to the historic hospital. It is located in Dornstetten on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. Great facilities for families and. Friends or if you want to meet - modern living in historic walls awaits you. The living space is adorned with an exposed stone wall and exposed timber frame. Daylight and natural heat flow into the domicile through the balcony door of the balconies. A total of 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with their own living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchens are available. The listed building has been lovingly renovated and expanded into comfortable holiday apartments. In the house there are 4 apartments, as well as an elevator and another room with an ensuite bathroom. You can rent this great masonry exclusively for your group. The absolute highlight is the cozy lounge with Häussler oven on the ground floor. Here everyone can find space together for a cozy get-together or for an event with the oven. You can use it to prepare indoor barbecues, such as suckling pig or pulled pork, or bake a great pizza in a wood-burning oven. The oven is available for a small surcharge for wood and use in the evening and we can also organize an accompanying event on request.

#### Dornstetten House - Beautiful, comfortable and Relaxing

A great place for a large family group (19 of us) including Aunts, Uncles, and cousins to join together comfortably to base our explorations of Southeastern Germany from the Black Forest to Stuttgart. The host were wonderful and the property exceptionally clean with lots of space for all of us. The views from the property balconies of the lush hillside farms and forests were beautiful.

#### Ideal für eine Großfamilie

Wir hatten an Pfingsten 2023 das Alte Spital mit unserer "Großfamilie" gemietet. Alle waren aüßerst angetan und erstaunt über dieses stilvolle Haus. Besonders der Gemeinschaftsraum war der perfekte Treffpunkt für unsere Truppe. Den Pizzaofen haben wir genutzt. Ebenso (dauerhaft) die Jukebox. Die Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen sind alle hochwertig ausgestattet. Dabei wurde sehr auf das Detail geachtet. (Alte Zimmermanns- Kunst!) Ein grandioser Schwarzwald-Panoramablick, welcher von verschiedenen Hauspositionen möglich ist, runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Wir haben gleich für 2023 wieder gebucht!

#### Wunderschöne Apartments mit viel Liebe im Detail gestaltet...vielleicht noch bessere Abdunklung der Fenster (für Kinder wäre das besser)

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartments und mit viel Liebe im Detail gestaltet! Super große Backstube, toller Aufenthaltsraum und ein genialer Backofen!

#### Herrliche Unterkunft in Dornstetten

Sehr schön restaurierte Unterkunft. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

#### Ferienhaus mit viel Charme

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Ausstattung und dem Charme des Hauses. Unsere Familie (16 Menschen von 6 Monaten bis 82 Jahren) hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht ins Grüne, zentral gelegen, sehr gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum, gute Ausstattung und sympathische Gastgeber.
