The beautiful apartment with high ceilings is 70 m² in size. The living and dining area offers great comfort with a high quality fitted kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV and underfloor heating. The cozy interior invites you to relax. A spacious balcony is located on the south side of our apartment with great views. Von daher ist uns ein Vergleich sehr gut möglich. Die hier zu bewertende Ferienwohnung schie0t mit Abstand den Vogel ab. Einfach alles großartig: Weit über dem Durchschnitt liegende geschmackvolle Einrichtung, super freundliche, hilfsbereite und entgegenkommende Gastgeber. Zudem fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Die freundliche und helle Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Ein riesiger Balkon mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge vervollständigt den positiven Eindruck. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben. Auch die Lage ist wunderschön und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge. Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp (3 Nächte) gebucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Die Ferienwohnung neu- und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonder positiv ist die Fußbodenheizung mit Einzelraumsteuerung und Rolläden die ein etwas längeres Schlafen ermöglichen. Großer Balkon. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage mit der Aussicht ist wunderschön. In dem kleinen Hofladen haben wir auch einiges gefunden. Der Hofladen (selbstgemachte Marmelade, lecker Honig, Eier von glücklichen Hühnern und vieles mehr) und der Bäcker (5Min. Autofahrt) runden das ganze ab! Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem sehr schönen Bauernhof in geschützter Ortsrandlage von Dormettingen inmitten von Wiesen und Feldern mit Blick auf die Burg Hohenzollern in der Ferne. Die Umgebung läd zum Radfahren mit E-Bikes und zum Wandern ein. Der große Balkon bietet je nach Wunsch Platz zum Sonnenbaden und gleichzeitig auch Sitzplatz für mindestens 6 Personen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe und viele Wünsche kann auch der hauseigene Hofladen sehr gut erfüllen. Uns hatten es die hausgemachten Marmeladen besonders angetan, aber auch Mehl, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Eier aus eigener Herstellung und vieles Mehr haben wir dort bekommen können. Besonders wohl haben wir uns aber dort gefühlt, weil uns die Familie Steimle jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat, uns Ausflugstips in die Umgebung gegeben hat und uns mit ihrer zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Art den Urlaub zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht hat. The view is splendid from the balcony from sunrise to sunset and the place is calm and relaxing. The accommodation is perfectly clean, the owner is charming and there is a small shop downstairs where you can buy delicious jams, honey and other local products from their farm. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und der SB Hofladen wurde am Abend gern von uns aufgesucht. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Besichtigungen und wir konnten uns als nicht Wandererer bei Besichtigungstouren auch in Zeiten von Corona meist abseits großer Menschenmassen bewegen.
