Disappointing

Terrible check in. Could not find reservation even thouth i showed email. Little communication and then guy dealing walked off. Said i had not prepaid. Booked a queen size bed, but got a single. A/C ineffective. Open the window and noise from train next to hotel and busy road. Plus side: other staff very pleasent and helpful with bike storage and use of fridge. Lastly, i cut my nose as i pulled shower door handle that is clearly broken and slipped as a result.

Decent stay but confusing check-in and checkout

It was a decent stay though I did find the check-in and checkout processes a bit jarring in the sense that there's no permanent reception instead there's a phone number to call. Was a bit confusing but nothing really that bad.

Stanza molto spaziosa con bellissima vista lago. L’ho trovata pulita e il letto era confortevole. Doccia e bagno ok! Consiglio.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und neu renoviert, Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend, keine Probleme. Es liegt zwischen Bahngleisen und Hauptstraße, also immer leise Straßengeräusche zu hören, aber persönlich nicht als störend empfunden. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Save für Wertsachen. Die Eingangstür ist 24/7 offen. Selbst als wir spät Nachts ins Hotel kamen war die Tür nicht verschlossen. Das macht kein Gefühl von Sicherheit. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel, zum weiter empfehlen. Das Sicherheitssystem sollten sie jedoch überdenken
