The receptionists were the most unfriendly people I have ever met.
House keeping is only available every 3 days.
If you need any room amenities like towels, toilet paper and soap, you have to wait in your room between 3pm-6pm and ask for the items you need.
All the electric outlets in the room are loose and my phone charger kept falling out.
I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Location is great if you want to walk around and access public transport
Lots of food and stuff around
The rooms are large and well set up although a bit worn
The gym is completely useless but there are plenty of gyms with day pass around

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.
