The hotel’s common areas and surrounding grounds were also clean and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were always willing to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure I had everything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with excellent customer service. It's closest to the Okada Hotel & Casino with shopping stores/restaurants next to the hotel. Just have to walk and cross the traffic lights. Mostly, the staff has a customer service."
