O que poderia ser um charme, mas além de antigo o hotel é mal conservado, com limpeza questionável e não oferece conforto. I had placed the used towels on the floor, which is obvious as a sign that I want the towels to be replaced, but the room cleaning placed it on the hook again. Shouldn't be like that."
