The only place to stay in Domo

We felt very good here, the free parking was a great plus and also the Atelier restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

I was very happy to have a Single-room with one big bed. The bathroom is rather small but sufisent for one person, with all it needs . The stuff was very friendly and helpful !!

The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already deciding when we will come back to Domodossola and the Eurossola Hotel!

All good including the breakfast but they lock down the hotel at night (front door, elevator, and parking) as if you are in some shady place. Midnight to 6 am

Brilliant location, right opposite Domodossola’s architecturally handsome station. Free private parking for most but not all guests (fewer spaces than there are rooms) but there is free overnight parking in nearby municipal car parks. Central areas have a slightly faded grandeur, which gives it character, and rooms are modern but small. Good breakfast. Domodossala is a great base to do day trips to Lakes Maggiore and Orta from and is a bit of a foodie destination with 4 restaurants in the Michelin guide, one of which is the hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Bad toilet paper dispenser

The place was real nice I would have given it five stars except for the toilet paper dispenser this little box on the wall only dispenses one slice of paper at a time very annoying

No 24 hr reception, therefore because of my delayed train from Germany, I wasn't able to stay, yet as soon as I told them about my delay ,they took their money from my bank account. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, just in case you were delayed, and left stranded. I travel a lot and never had this kind of problem, even as a gesture of goodwill they could've offered a partial refund. I wanted to also add that as soon as i knew of the delays in Germany, i have informed them. Apparently they sent an email, about where they left keys? No email received, or message in my Expedia. Very poor service.
