Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby.
Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay.
Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room.
Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

"The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace."
