"As a solo traveller with no car the hotels location was not as convenient as I'd expected an "Airport Hotel" to be. A 27min walk from the terminal or a €13 taxi fare. Other than vending machines for snacks and drinks, the only other options were a r vending machine in the car park or a petrol station about a 10min walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy in general but the carpet on the 2nd floor corridor was very dirty. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast as basic but adequate."

Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "I am writing regarding a serious issue with my recent reservation. While booking for my birthday, I selected the date 23/02, but due to an error during the booking process, the reservation was unexpectedly changed to 23/03\. As I returned from Lisbon on the same day, I arrived very late and immediately explained the situation at reception. I kindly requested a correction of the date, as the mistake did not reflect my original intent and was clearly visible when comparing the reservation details. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unhelpful and refused to assist. Instead, I was charged a full, more expensive rate than my initial booking — and without breakfast, which made this situation even more disappointing. This turned what should have been a special birthday moment into a very unpleasant experience. I respectfully request: A reimbursement of the price difference, or A full or partial refund, or A credit/voucher for a future stay under the original conditions. I trust this matter can be resolved fairly and swiftly, as this situation does not reflect the level of service I expected. Thank you in advance for your attention. I look forward to your response."

"They should modify the hotel presentation: shuttle available means we call you a taxi. I’ve payed at hotel 25€ for taxi, and the taxi was booked for 4 people. I’ve choose ghat hotel just because they had shuttle available… it’s a dissapointment for Van Der Valk chain."
