Le jardin est également très bien, ombragé, avec l'embarras du choix pour s'installer sur les différents salons de jardin et transats, et très calme.La plage de la Rémigeasse est accessible en 10 minutes en vélo (piste cyclable dès la sortie du lotissement jusqu'à la plage).Après un séjour à la Cotinière, nous nous attendions à un peu plus d'animation à Dolus (notamment le marché). Néanmoins, nous avons trouvé une très bonne crêperie et pizzeria. Aucun bruit aux alentours, c’était parfait. Il faut une voiture ou un vélo pour aller à la plage. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si besoin, c’est très appréciable. Le petit plus serait l’installation de moustiquaires ou la présence d’un ventilateur en cas de fortes chaleurs car c’est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause des moustiques. Le jardin est lui aussi très agréable, jolies plantations, salon de jardin, parasol, transats, table et chaises. Malgré la route principale assez proche, c'est très silencieux! On trouve 2 boulangeries et une poissonnerie à 2 pas. Le village est facilement accessible à pieds. Supermarché et zone commerciale à proximité immédiate.
