"The staff was fantastic and super friendly. I gave it 4-stars because the rooms are dated (sofa very soft, mirror with corrosion, super old stove). The weekend breakfast is "meh" --- just junk food for the masses and only 2 hours a morning. If the hotel was updated it would be fantastic. The bed was very good and my partial ocean view was very good. Much quieter than the "rose" hotel at the other end of the island. Overall, very good experience."

"Sarah’s Cove was definitely a place to relax, unwind and feel very comfortable. I appreciated the location all of the amenities. The fact that you’re able to use a golf cart. The living space was very comfortable and cozy. The couches were very comfortable. The beds were very soft and updated. I appreciated the bedding. It wasn’t like a traditional, basic hotel bedding.. It felt very homey and very relaxing. I will definitely stay here every time."

"This was our second time staying at this property during the summer. We were very impressed with our first stay—the house was clean, nice, and comfortable. Unfortunately, our second stay was quite disappointing.First, we noticed several large, dirty spots on the carpet that looked like they may have been left by pets and had not been properly cleaned. Second, the kids’ bedroom was not clean. We found ants on the floor and even on the beds. There were also many ants on the first floor and around the front entrance.Another issue was the noise in the kids’ bedroom. The road is directly in front of the window, and the traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep comfortably.We also found a large amount of dog waste outside that my husband had to clean up. We travel with a dog as well, but we always make sure to clean up after our pet and leave the outdoor area clean for the next guests.The outdoor playground was also a concern for us because there is no fence separating it from the water. For families with small children, this does not feel particularly safe, as young children can easily run toward the water.Finally, the pool was the most disappointing part of our stay. It is quite small and was not kept clean. People were sitting and eating in the pool area, and I found popcorn and other debris under my feet while in the pool.Considering all of these issues, I believe the price should be adjusted to better reflect the condition and experience of the property."

"We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable! Living room furniture was not comfortable but we loved every second of our stay and didn’t spend much time in the living room haha. The AC was amazing and didn’t give out on us. We loved the free wine gesture from the hosts and the detailed description of how to open the door. It smelled so good inside as well."
