This newly built house offers the perfect space for families and groups of up to 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and space for 5 guests in double beds. The home stands out for its single-floor design and bright atmosphere, with wide views of the mountains, private pool, and garden. It features a 250m² terrace and a fully fenced 300m² plot, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments with a barbecue area and garden furniture. The interior is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, electric heating, high-speed WiFi, and HD television. The fully independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils. The house has two bathrooms with showers, a cozy living room with a fireplace and seating area, and a dining area perfect for sharing special moments.
