About this property

Cute private cabin on working cattle ranch with 360 views on 80 acres.

  • Adorable little cabin privately set back on 80 acres with gorgeous views of the san jeans and Ute mountain and pond. Everything you would need to enjoy a cozy time away. Call us for instructions on how to get access to the cabin. You will need a gate opener. You may need 4x4 during the winter months to access. We do maintain the driveway but 4x4 will help. Cattle roam the property so be sure to close the gate behind you as they could get out. Also close gate that is at the house. Cows have a way of getting into things. 1 bedroom 1 bath kitchen with bar. Pull out sofa in living room and queen side log bed in the bedroom. Bottled drinking water is supplied. Cabin has a filtration system but is non potable water.
