Schöne Ferienwohnung, leider mit zu lauter Atmosph

Die Wohnung war gut möbliert und ausgestattet, wenn auch ein wenig altmodisch. Die sehr großzügige Terasse war leider nicht so ausgestattet wie auf dem Bild. Es ware nur billige weiße Kunststoff Tische und Stühle vorhanden. Der Sonnenschirm war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und auch die beiden Liegen haben definitiv schon bessere Tage gesehen. Was allerdings richtig stört ist die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge. Was auch daran liegt das niemand die vorhandene Zone 30 interessiert.

Große Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt

Wir waren für 3 Wochen Gäste in der Casa Sorei und sind rundum zufrieden. In Dolcedeo sind die meisten Ferienwohnungen eher klein. Die Casa Sorei ist dagegen großzügig und sehr gut (lediglich etwas altmodisch) ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse bildet in der Sommerzeit zusätzlichen Lebensraum, um zu essen und für unsere Kinder (8 und 3) zum Spielen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

L'appartement est très spacieux bien équipé mais très mal situé. Bord de route, passage incessant de véhicule de jour comme de nuit et des chiens qui aboient toute la journée.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, verf...

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet, nur die Matratzen im Zweibett–Zimmer sind durchgelegen. Echter Minuspunkt: Die Durchgangsstraße vor dem Haus ist zwar vor allem nachts wenig befahren, aber man hört jedes einzelne Fahrzeug (in den Morgenstunden auch Laster), es ist damit phasenweise sehr laut. Reisetipps: schöne Wanderwege rund um Dolcedo; Monaco und Nizza liegen nur eine gute Stunde über die Autobahn entfernt und sind tolle Ausflugsziele.

Küche voll ausgestattetsehr grosse TerasseZugang zur Ferienwohnung müsste verbessert werden, da man vom Parkplatz erst nach ein Paar Meter auf der Strasse ohne Gehweg zur Haustür gelangt.

Schöne Wohnung in netten Dorf

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Erst waren wir zu sechst, was wirklich gut ging. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ging von der Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten ab und vom Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch das Kinderzimmer. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zugänge zur Terrasse, so dass man auch etwas für sich sein konnte. Die zwei Bäder waren da natürlich auch super. Und dann zu dritt war die Wohnung ein Traum. Toll ist auch der Tante Emma Laden, nur 50m entfernt mit allem was man braucht (Lebensmittel, frische Wurst-, Käse- und Backwaren, Mückenschutz, Werkzeuge) zu guten Preisen, die vielen Pizzeria im Ort und das sehr nette Stadtbild. Wer jedoch Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch, die Wohnung liegt (wie eigentlich fast alle Wohnungen dort ) direkt an der Straße (im 1.Stock ) und man kann nicht mit offener Terassentür schlafen, aber es gibt ja eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder nach Dolcedo fahren sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
