Nice building but no life in it
The building and the facilities are brilliant but the staff especially the duty manager has an attitude toward customer. He is not helpful at all. The breakfast was good but they don't have variety. They lack creativity and passion with the food. They serve the same food every single day.

Cheap small apartments
Beds are extremely hard. Furniture is rather big so no space for kids to move around. Everything closed for Ramadan, which I understand but it would be nice to have a little corner for the tourist open, like other hotels do. Over all, not impressed. The staff was super friendly though, so I will give them that.

Very good but basic service. I had stayed in the area before so was familiar with the location. Reasonable walk to groceries, etc. I didn't use many of the facilities other than parking. Definitely not on par with the top hotels in Doha but wanted a kitchenette. Wifi and mobile occasionally dropped though.

Decent hotel & centrally located
Doha Downtown was a decent hotel with plenty of restaurants/cafes/coffee shops in the vicinity. There are small supermarkets in walking distance if you choose to purchase groceries during your stay at the hotel, which has a refrigerator, microwave, oven and toaster oven available in each room. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a smell coming from the bathroom, particularly from the bathroom sink, but they happily switched me to a different room upon my request. I was pleased with the switch and the remainder of my stay went well.

Fantastic service
The hotel is in a central location in a safe area, a couple of small supermarkets a short walk away. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms were very comfortable, with a small kitchenette equipped with everything you need for self catering. Disappointed we weren't told about the outdoor pool being refurbished and building work on the floor we stayed on before our visit, but the spa facilities and indoor pool were brilliant. There are 2 spas with indoor pools 1 for men and 1 for ladies. With jacuzzis and saunas also well equipped gym. The staff are fantastic at this hotel, professional and polite at all times

Not a good choice if to stay more than 1 night....
It was my first time to stay in this hotel and nothing was good about with my 4 night stay. Firstly, upon checking in, they gave us a room with a broken air-conditioned (should they check the condition of the room utilities before assigning guest?). Reported to the reception several times, waited, finally shifted another room, which the receptionist couldn't do anything but to give us an upgraded room- 1 bedroom with stinky sofa set but at least the air-conditioned is working. The staffs are not approachable- from Security to reception and Spa reception. On my second night, went outside and was tired enough and on our way to the room, surprisingly, one of the security run towards and asked us impolitely if we have a room and where are we going? He looked as if we are trying to roam around their hotel... This made us feel terrible and not welcome at all. Many more issues to mention but one thing for sure I will NOT definitely book this hotel again.

We booked the room for a family of 4. My kids slept on a sofa because it didn't have beds for them. They charged extra for blankets and pillows for them. The kitchen had plates and silver ware just for two. some appliances didn't work or couldn't be plugged to the power line. Very good restaurants and coffee shop accessible from the hotel lobby.

Don't bother
One of the worst. Staff is rude and very slow. Location is far from airport and traffic is heavy. Checking in took more than 30 minutes and I was the only person. No one available to help with luggage, never going back

A reasonable priced business hotel
I really only slept at the hotel because I was on a busy business trip but the staff made you feel really welcome. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed equipment wise. If you stay make sure you take tea, coffee and bottled water with you.

Despite paying and bookin the room before a month the hotel booking is not updated and service is sloppy they didnt even cross check the confirmation number from hotel.com and they collected 1000QR deposit claiming that website hasnt paid them ..... this is really stupid why does the customer have to suffer for their mistake .....

Very helpful staff
We stayed here with two kids for 5 nights. I was glad to have picked this hotel as the kitchenette came in really handy. The staff was beyond helpful, every request made was made was met with a courtesy and efficiency. Room was clean and all equipments were clean. Only downside was the selection of breakfast was not good and there is no hair dryer in the room.
