Whitefish Riverfront Hotel

"The property is in a nice location with a river running behind it and nice outside sitting areas so a person can relax and enjoy the view. There are nice sitting areas in the lobby. We were not impressed with the breakfast though. The food was barely warm and no microwave to warm it. The fruit was a little mushy. The coffee was good. It is a very busy time of year and housekeeping is kept busy cleaning rooms for newcomers so those staying a few nights don't get much attention."

"The room was clean and comfortable! I didn't have much interaction with the staff other than checking in and out but they were friendly and informative. We were part of a Backroads cycling trip so we bought our own breakfast and coffee from the Cafe. Coffee was great and yogurt parfait too. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar area in the evening, great ambiance! Loved Whitefish."

"Overall clean hotel and friendly staff. Our two "gripes" are that our stay was 6 nights. We were told they would clean or refresh the room every other day and that only happened 1 time. (and pretty minimal) The second one is that we planned to get up and hit the 6am breakfast and head to Glacier National Park as early as possible. They started bringing breakfast out at 6:05 and set-up was complete at 6:20. You shouldn't advertise 6am breakfast if you can't or won't have it ready on time. We then witnessed this as a regular occurrence throughout the rest of our stay."
