"The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany. "

"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"The hotel was a nice surprise. It’s newly renovated with simple but functional and modern furniture. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view of the Mosel river. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant and although we did not eat there, the Spanish buffet they offered on that evening looked amazing. Their breakfast was very good too. "

"Really interesting Art Deco hotel in great condition. Lovely breakfast. Good bathroom and shower, comfy bed, nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Restaurant service was superb but food was a bit expensive and not to our taste - although that may be us rather than the food itself. There's a great little wine bar opposite that was wonderful for an afternoon of quaffing. I'd definitely return, given the chance."

"Property was great, difficult to find due to small one way roads. We were directed where to park, up/down steep hill and with limited ability it was difficult. We did get a parking ticket for being in the wrong spot, hotel needs to be more clear on where to park . Property and host were wonderful and view of the castle was amazing."

"It was a beautiful location, well decorated and kept clean. They have an incredible breakfast setup too. We were very dissatisfied with the temperature in the room. We stayed in a room with a ‘ac’ air blower that didn’t work, and due to smokers outside we could not comfortably open the doors, which had no screens available to keep out bugs. It just needs a more realistic setup for hot temperatures."

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key.
