"We went to this hotel due to an error in our original booking by Expedia. We needed to find somewhere fast and with the cricket being on, there was very little to choose from due to everywhere already being booked. It wasn't the cleanest of hotels, lots of things needed updating and decorating. Staff found it quite hard to communicate and didn't understand much English. Took 3 says to get a toilet roll! Shower in first room didn't work, so they upgraded us to a better room, the pool is...

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the city, and also walkable if you prefer. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. The dinner buffet was not bad, though not as impressive as breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay and a hotel we would definitely recommend."

"The room was spacious and clean, but it needed painting. When we booked we saw photos of the kitchen area and believed we could cook food in the room, however the hob was not connected to the gas and there was no cooking equipment. So this made our stay more expensive as we had to eat out all the time. The view from the pool is amazing and it was clean, however I cut myself on the tiles and there were lots of sharp edges around. The gym needs updating and tidying up. We asked for laundry twice, no one ever collected our clothes. We also asked for someone to help us use the safe, no one came. The food was really nice and good value, staff were friendly. Overall the hotel needs tidying up and and a refresh."

"Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. "
