"We booked this hotel after canceling another bad hotel. It was the last room, we checked in at 10 pm. The room had a residue of water leak at the bottom of the walls all over. They offered to move us to another room the next day but they did not. They gave us the breakfast as complimentary for the 3 days. The location was incredible, next to everything. The room because it was the lobby floor was very noisy because of the restaurant. From 6:30 AM you hear the banging of the plates and utensils. Again, the best thing was the location. The garage was pricey but it’s really hard to park in the street in such a busy area."

"We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel. "

"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."
