"The room was cold and the radiator couldn't be switched on. There was a constant clanging noise all night, presumably from the plumbing. Even after running the tap for 10 minutes, the hot water was tepid and too cold to shower."

"The house was lovely exactly as described. Clean & Tidy. Kitchen was full with every kind of utensil you could imagine. Very comfortable beds. We had 2 small dogs with us and garden was great for them, also lovely surrounding area for walk. "

"Lovely spacious holiday cottage that really does have everything you need for a relaxing few days away. Pretty south facing garden to relax in, which is also fenced to keep in smaller dogs. We liked the fact the cottage is rural yet only a short drive into Diss town centre for local shops and food outlets. Great communication from host. "
