"It was clean, great space, screened in porch, and the pool was nice. It was close to Disney parks and places to eat. The ice machine was by the pool, so get your ice before they lock it. Master bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang a towel, and the washing machine only had hot water, so be careful doing laundry."

"I love the property and love the pools etc.We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the west side of the property. We were traveling with several of my friends and all of our teenage kids. There were 15 in total. We talked to the property staff a few days before we checked in to try and make sure our two 3 bedroom villas were near each other. After 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, she assured me that we would be in building 5500 and on the same floor. She put it in both of the notes of both reservations. We were also told they would remove the resort fee when we checked in because we were FL residents (FL and GA residents have their resort fee waived) Our day of check in was extremely frustrating as the staff at the front desk said we would NOT be on the same floor as our other party we were traveling with, and we would NOT be getting our resort fee waived. We were told we should take care of the resort fee when we reserved. We asked them to please show us exactly how so we would know for next time. She just repeated over and over that is should be done ahead of time. She then waived it with a snarky "This time" we will. honour it but not next time. We were also put on different floors. Also at check out - our other party was given a late checkout by an hour - our villa was told "absolutly NOT" We only wanted ONE hour. OUr villa was not allowed like the other party we traveled with. We also had no bedding for one of our sofa beds. We asked and it was never given to us."

"Room and property amenities were excellent. A room close to the pool was not great. The pool closed at 11 and kids were screaming up until then. Also, fees were different than listed on Expedia website. Listed as being around $56, but was charged $71 at the hotel. Resort fees and parking were assessed in this fee. Otherwise, the room and pools were exactly what we were hoping for on a last minute trip to Disney."

"just want to let the grounds staff know, that when you enter the building #2 the sprinklers are pointed at you as you enter the door to the hall so you get wet, it happened twice both at night and in the morning both times got wet. Also as we got down for breakfast the family 5 minutes before us took all the sausages and none left for anyone? , i asked the cook and she said sorry they took them all ! Greedy! , i saw them give 12 sausages to their 18 month old baby, who then didn't eat them just left them on the table. What is wrong with people? no consideration for anyone else."
