"Fantastic resort, small but very friendly. Everywhere is clean and tidy with a good quality feel. Location is brilliant for Disney (10min drive) and universal is approx 30 min drive. Only slight negative I'd say was the room needed better windows for sound proofing. We were near sports facilities so could hear people playing padle ball early every morning. Would 100% stay here again, thank you for maintaining a great resort at a reasonable price. "

"Clean room. Only 2 elevators for a huge building. Staff at front desk was always in the back office and yelling through the door they’d be right out. Breakfast was good. Good location and parking. "

"Room was clean but smelled funny when the air wasn’t on. Had great experience with staff except one guy. That was trying to get me to sit in a time share presentation. When we initially started talking I was simply asking about a room credit that was told to me at check in. I wanted to specify where the credit could be used. He proceeded to try to get me to do breakfast at a sister hotel and that it would be a time share presentation. I would have to pay a deposit when he mentioned deposit I told him no. He quickly changed his attitude and told me I wouldn’t be able to use my room credit on the final day. Other than that decent experience. The pool has a wonderful vibe "

"I noticed star island is looking a little run down. I understand wyndham pulled out of star island now. Are you guys folding? Your not putting money into the place. Played bingo and the poor lady had to run the whole thing herself. Collect monies and call. Totally ridiculous! Not sure I would want to come back. "
