"Alex at the bar truly made our experience at Legacy Resort unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaging. His knowledge of drinks was impressive—he crafted the perfect cocktails based on our preferences and even suggested a few new favorites we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. What really stood out was his personality. Alex strikes that rare balance of being professional while also making you feel like a regular. He kept the atmosphere fun without ever missing a beat on service. Drinks came out quickly, were beautifully made, and tasted amazing every time. If you’re visiting Legacy Resort, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar when Alex is working—you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!"

"Place is a bit old but really value for money considering the location and what you get. The only downsides really is it could have been a touch cleaner andif you're handicapped this place really isnt for you as all the bedrooms are on the second floor but we'll likely stay here again"

"Everything about this stay was good but not great: good location (albeit had I known about i4 works I may have stayed somewhere else), good pool (albeit occasionally uncomfortably busy and bug-filled), good room (lots of space, good amenities, albeit a bit dated and dark). The major upside was the helpful staff, the major downside was the awful wifi, which sounds inconsequential, but in the era of phone wallets, Lightning Lanes, QR codes etc. is now more important than ever. *Would* consider staying here again, depending on what activities I had planned (i.e. if it was going to be a very Disney holiday) and depending on price v competitors."

"The shower was dirty. There was hair and visible dirt in the shower. The hot tub was dirty I got in at 1 am, so I didn’t even call the front desk I just went out and bout cleaning supplies. Also we had 2 huge lizards in our room. The furniture is so nasty I didn’t want to sit on it. The bed smelled like a person had been in it already. My check-in process was easy, but not so friendly. I was looking to extend my stay for one more night, and I was told to go online to book. Staff just wasn’t as friendly as I expected."
