Schöne Ferienwohnung, Durchgangszimmer bei großen Gruppen etwas unpraktisch

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen plus Baby einen schönen Aufenthalt in Dinkelscherben. Erreichbarkeit (Laufweite vom Bahnhof) ist super, inkl. ausreichend Parkplätze. Bei unserer Gruppengröße wurden alle Zimmer inkl. des Durchgangszimmer genutzt, das würden wir nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.

Potenzial leider nicht genutzt

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen, Supermärkte, Restaurant, Bäcker, Bahnhof alles fussläufig zu erreichen und weist eine gute Größe der Unterkunft auf. Ausgestattet ist sie zweckmäßig, mit scheinbar überwiegend in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln. Leider funktionierte zum Beispiel die Spülmaschine nicht und es stand noch altes, inzwischen überreichendes Wasser darin. Es ist sehr schade, wenn man beim Vermieter anruft und nicht konstruktiv nach einer Lösung gesucht wird. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt worden wäre. Insbesondere die Terrasse wirkte eher wie ein Abstellplatz für defekte Dinge (z.B. kaputter Liegestuhl, defekter Sonnenschirm) und auch die vorhandenen Möbel waren zur Nutzung eher ungeeignet. Schade, weil daraus ließe sich mit wenig Aufwand ein gemütlicher Platz zum gemeinsamen zusammensitzen schaffen. Schade, denn die Wohnung hätte durchaus deutliches Potenzial um mit liebevoller Hand einen schönen Ort mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu schaffen.
