Tolle Lage, schöner Ort, Appartement mit besonderer Atmosphäre und einfacher, in die Jahre gekommener Einrichtung.Leider nicht sauber, besonders die Küche (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Besteck und Geschirr) leider sehr verschmutzt. Die daraufhin von der Agentur angebotene Ermäßigung, da wir selbst geputzt hatten, ist danach wieder zurückgenommen worden.

Die Küche mit Utensilien könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Schlafcouch sollte durch ein Doppelbett ersetzt werden. Ansonsten gut eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist genial. Fenster sollten auch mal wieder geputzt werden.

Très bon séjour atypique dans cette demeure Fabuleuse avec cette vue sur Saint Malo exceptionnelle, nous avons même eu la chance de voir des dauphins. Très bon emplacement, parking privé dans le parc du château.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce logement et reviendrai volontiers. Un bémol : il faudrait équiper la cuisine d'une rallonge électrique et d'une multiprise afin de pouvoir brancher le microonde et la cafetière sans les déplacer. Leur fil est trop court pour atteindre la prise. Pour moi ce fut un détail car cela n'a pas entaché le plaisir que j'ai eu à loger dans ce vaste studio.

Heel mooi groot huis met wel 18 appartementen, zeer indrukwekkend. Dit appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping en is alleen te bereiken met heel veel trappen.Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch en maakt veel goed! Er is een bedbank deze is smal en ligt vreselijk als je je omdraait is je partner ook wakker De keuken is klein en mist een afwasmachine, bovendien is de inventaris een zooitje,alles is er maar heel oud er was niet eens een afwasborstel, ja die was er wel maar in zeer armoedige staat, we hebben een nieuwe aangeschaft, er is geen afdruiprek en het aanrecht is heel klein.De douche hing erbij en hebben wij dmv. elastiekjes de douchekop in een positie gekregen dat wij er onder konden staan. Een lamp is de douche was defect, niet een kwestie van een nieuw lampje maar de fitting was afgebroken.Verder ontbrak er internet.Verlichting in het appartement zou beter kunnen.

Geweldige locatie, bed is minder

Na smalle straatjes door te rijden in Dinard kwamen eindelijk in de goede straat uit. Allerlei mooie huizen omringen deze straat. Bij aankomst hadden we een beetje moeite met het openen van het witte hek. Hierna werden we heel positief verrast. Het huis, gebouwd door familie xxx (van de cognac), zag er zo uit dat het leek alsof we op de verkeerde oprit waren beland, zo mooi. De sleutel paste echter in de voordeur - we zaten goed. Een mooie oude hal met een houten vloer en een beeld, grote brede beklede trappen met grote leuningen. Mooie raamversieringen. Het huis is verder gevuld met woningen van ouderen (dit waren de enige bewoners die we tegenkwamen). Het was even zoeken in het huis zelf, maar eenmaal aangekomen bij de kamer was ik verrast: ik had verwacht dat de kamer met uitzicht op zee een gedeelde ruimte zou zijn - dit was echter gewoon onderdeel van de kamer. Het bed was een slaapbank met twee aparte matrassen (die niet naast elkaar konden liggen), niet optimaal. Keuken is prima! Wel heeft het de hele week geduurd voordat we het keukengerei hadden gevonden: deze ligt in een lade onder de tafel. Badkamer is ook heel prima. Zo'n mooie omgeving, rondrijden langs de kust met mooi weer doet enorm goed. Ook wandelen naar het centrum duurt niet lang, hier zitten bakkertjes, crêperies (eet deze met caramel au beurre salé) en een supermarktje (ook al gingen we eerder naar de xxx die vlakbij de autoweg zit). Al met al een enorme topweek, maar dat had ook met mijn gezelschap te maken.
