Newly Renovated Waterfront Condo on Lake Dillon!

  • Beautifully updated ground-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the heart of Dillon. Walk to the farmers market, amphitheater, marina, restaurants, and the free Summit Stage bus stop. Just a short drive to five ski resorts—Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland.

    In winter, enjoy skiing/snow boarding at one of 5 resorts within 30 min (Keystone is 15 min), ice skating, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing right on Lake Dillon. In summer, paddleboard, kayak, sail, or take out a pontoon boat. Hiking and biking trails surround the area.

    The complex features an indoor clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and two hot tubs, plus an outdoor fire pit and community gas grills. Inside the condo you’ll find a steam shower, in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, three smart TVs with cable, and a cozy gas fireplace. Family ski trip

The condo was perfect for our family of eight. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all utensils and cookware to make breakfast before going skiing for the day. The location was perfect for trying out different ski resorts. Will definitely come back!

Awesome Quiet Place

In town for granddaughter’s wedding, and we looked for a quiet condo with good amenities in a convenient location. This unit was everything we hoped for, and the view over the marina and lake was refreshing. We will be back!

Amazing location, impeccable property

We adored this condo. The location could not be beat for summer or winter activities. Close to skiing, walking distance to the lake and to entertainment. The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked and updated. The host bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be coming back!

Perfect place in a perfect town

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Dillon. It was accurately described and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was the best VRBO kitchen we have been in. It has every appliance we needed, every pot and pan and utensil needed to make meals and snacks. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms is especially nice, and the steam shower in one of the bathrooms was incredible!! Location was perfect, we love Dillon and it was great to be able to walk to the lake, the park, and the Arapaho Cafe!

Great place to stay!

The condo is great, it is clean, has everything you need just like at home, the beds are comfortable, the view is amazing and it was in a perfect location. I would certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Family fun on the lake

We loved the condo with all of its amenities, Dillion was just a short drive from the bulk of all the tourist. We had a great time with ve fishing and hiking trails.
