"Our family stayed here during Spring Break to ski at A- Basin. The description of the property was clear and accurate. The instructions for parking and entrance to the property were easily followed. Check out instructions were also clear. The locker was large and held our ski equipment with plenty of extra room. The property was clean and comfortable. This 3-year-old condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Sail Lofts at Lake Dillon is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the fully appointed kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with gas fireplace, TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the home also offers room for everyone: two full bedrooms, pullout king platform sofa, and 2 full baths.. We offer fast Internet speed, cable. And, you can't beat the convenient location near the lake, amphitheater and restaurants.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Sail Lofts is just a free shuttle ride (<100 yds) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!
Parking: one assigned space in heated garage, two unassigned in outdoor open lot as available. No on-street parking or boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfortable, clean and relatively new property. Very quiet area and a manageable drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

We stayed here over Christmas holiday to go skiing and it was the perfect base for our vacation. The place was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of four and was well equipped. The garage and storage locker were perfect for getting loaded to hit the ski hill and the location was great, close to restaurants and the hills. In short it was perfect.

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The condo was beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. The location was perfect- walking distance to shops and restaurants and most importantly, beautiful Lake Dillon. Close to grocery, outlet mall, and I-70. We hope to return to the area in the future and would love to stay in this condo again.
Property was very clean and in order. I had my son and his girlfriend stay in the master suite (I wanted to treat them!) while I enjoyed the smaller room and my own bathroom. Bedrooms felt private as they’re separated by kitchen, living and dining. Great location for many skiing options and plenty other things to walk to, nice to just hangout in too.Thanks for creating and sharing such a nice space.

A Good One!
I've stayed in many places in the area, usually during ski season. This one was a summer trip. The condo/apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. Great location! Mat was responsive to any of our questions or concerns. I would definitely book this one again.
Stayed two nights and overall enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and looked brand new. The only thing I would point out is that overnight parking around Dillon is sparse and there’s only one garage space designated for the condo. The condo did have paper permits you could fill out to use and park in the outside lot though.
Great place. Great location. Great trip. Condo is in a perfect location near the reservoir, ampitheater, and Friday farmer's market. Condo has everything you need and friendly neighbors.
We loved the place, it is well decorated, very clean, spacious and close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Location
We had a wonderful time here barring some mishaps that were outside of iTrip's control. The unit was clean, bright, and overall very lovely. We loved the central location and walkability of the place. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the lake is a very short walk away. We will stay again whenever we're back in town.
