It’s an easy drive to town, the Dillon Marina, and the spectacular Dillon Amphitheater for concerts and events. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just six miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 5-minute walk away. You and your family and friends will love it! Please Note: Fireplaces are decorative only and inoperable. This 4-bedroom plus den, 5-bathroom condo has a great layout for up to 10 people — and with two bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows taking in mountain and lake views; there’s a large Smart TV, too that's equipped with YouTube TV. And just outside on the deck, you can enjoy those views with a gas firepit and grill! There was enough room for every one. We have children ranging in age from 20-30 and we all enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook most of our meals here. The property management team was available and responsive. There was dishwashing, dishwasher & laundry soap. Towels were plentiful. We did run out of shampoo & conditioner. They were brought to us when we asked. Overall we had a positive experience and would return here. There were a few negatives. We made our reservation on VBRO with a credit card. When it was time to pay the rental company there was an high upcharge to use a credit card. No where on the VRBO site is this mentioned!! We would have rather used a credit card than write a check however we did not want to pay the high uncharge. One of the bedrooms had not been dusted. There was enough of a layer of dust to write something in it. We paid a nice fee to use this beautiful home. It was fantastic that every bedroom had basically their own bathroom (two rooms shared one). The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet, which isn’t a huge deal, and it’s nice that the basement has a bathroom as well. The basement was cozy and great. The home itself isn’t great for little little kids (we had two toddlers). There were tons of games with lots of pieces, which would be great for a family stay if your kiddos are older.
