This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 and features high-end finishes throughout. Interior by Studio-Lea, an award-winning Denver design firm. The "Lil Loft on the Lake" is in a brand new complex and features two primary suites, one with a king bed, and private laundry. The balcony offers beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. The living area offers a large sectional and a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Enjoy the mountain views from the corner windows. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats ten with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining area is the private balcony offering outdoor seating and breathtaking alpine and lake views. The first primary suite is just off the living area and features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Reviewer Comments: Be careful when reserving the was my first time to use Airbnb and I got charged a $305 fee by them and then the reservation was turned over to Summit County Mountain Retreats and I was charged more fees. Just be sure and read everything very carefully before signing the paperwork. I learned a hard lesson. We own our own condo in Dillon, so we were very familiar with the building and area. The unit was exactly as the photos showed and a perfect place for our family members! ##### Jana H. Our group consisted of three couples. Each of us had more than adequate, private space, with room to spare! Each room has it's own private bathroom. Condo is full of light with large windows and great views of the mountains. Plenty of places to visit within walking distance. There are a couple of breweries nearby, and shopping is a quick car ride away. Condo is in a great central location. Our group split up during the days and we each visited different ski resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe are all a short drive. Vail, Beaver, Winter Park, and Loveland are also a relatively short distance away. Check in process was easy. Secure, heated parking was a nice amenity. Our only complaint was some of the basic amenities were not provided (ie, one days worth of coffee even though we booked four days, missing cooking items, soaps, etc...). All-in-all it is a great place to stay and easy to access with good management. Would stay here again. ##### Joel V. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 3 kids (18, 15, 12). The dual main suites are perfect for this arrangement. bunk beds were great and big and the pull out couch in the loft worked for our 12 year old. One suggestion is to put a ceiling fan in that loft area above the stairs. There are no windows and no air flow at all.The upstairs main suite needs better lighting over the bed. I read at bedtime and couldn't see well enough to do so.One issue we had was the smoke detector in the kitchen is SUPER SENSITIVE. We boiled water for mac & cheese and it went off. We made scrambled eggs and it went off. No matter what we were doing in the kitchen, anything on the stove made it go off. Other than that - this place was great! The location was super nice to be able to go several places on day trips. The view from the porch is phenomenal. Hope to come again! ##### Erin F. Reviewer Comments: Please note that the management company can and will let themselves in without any notice they are coming, even if you are not there. We text with a question about the heater operation and the reply was we will get with our staff, nothing else. We returned from a trip around town, opened the door and found a maintenance tech inside. No notice, no warning. All our personal belongings exposed, my wife could have been in the shower alone, etc. Unacceptable right? Not if you ask them. I called to convey my frustration and as I escalated the conversation through 3 people up to Adam who stated he is in charge. Every single person was defensive, rude and read from a script that its their right to enter the property at any time. They ignored the obvious, didn't apologize for notifying us prior, and held the narrative. Very disappointing. BEWARE if you stay in any of their properties, I am confident they will repeat this mistake again the way they reacted to us. ##### Gabriele M. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just as described. We have been coming to the area at least 2x a year for the last 10+ years, this is one of the best condos we have stayed at in Summit County. In floor heat worked througout and was responsive. Spacious enough for 6\. Plenty of storage in the kitchen for groceries and places to spread out. Wifi was fast and consistent. TVs in rooms worked great. Fireplace worked and put out heat. Sofa was comfortable and lots of room to gather. Bathrooms had great water pressure and showers were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Provided humidifiers were clean and worked. Pass was closed when we were leaving and management granted us extended stay until the interstate opened! Minor issues - Storage locker handle/lock was broken. Kitchen soap dispenser was broken. Linens on bed in main floor master were mismatched for size of bed (king duvet cover with a full comfortor on a queen bed). Snowed daily (yay!) but plows were constant street noise all night - we often don't stay right in town for this reason so it is to be expected. Brooms for daily upkeep were in rotten shape and no vaccum cleaner.
