Welcome to our modern holiday apartment in the heart of Dillenburg Our modern holiday apartment is located in our well‑maintained commercial building, directly in the pedestrian zone of Dillenburg’s historic old town – you can hardly stay more centrally in the “Oranienstadt”.
Enjoy your stay in the historic town of Dillenburg in our lovingly furnished and fully renovated apartment. Whether you are visiting for a short getaway, a business trip, or as a contractor/worker, our accommodation offers comfort, a central location, and a pleasant home away from home.
From here, you can easily reach many attractions on foot: the striking Wilhelmsturm, the historic Dillenburg casemates, and the Villa Grün museum complex are only a few minutes away. Dillenburg is closely connected to William of Orange and is also an ideal starting point for nature and outdoor activities in the Lahn‑Dill‑Bergland Nature Park. Hiking enthusiasts benefit from direct access to renowned long‑distance hiking trails such as the Westerwaldsteig and the Rothaarsteig.
The infrastructure around the building is excellent: cafés, restaurants, bakeries, shops, and an ATM are all located in the immediate vicinity. The train station with long‑distance connections is easily accessible, and free parking is available nearby.
Our stylishly renovated holiday apartment (renovated in 2025) is located on the first floor and offers three separate bedrooms, two modern shower bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area — ideal for families, groups, or workers.
Each bedroom features comfortable single or double beds (140–180 x 200 cm), large wardrobes, a desk with seating, and a flat‑screen TV with MagentaTV. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, towel radiator, hairdryer, and toiletries — one bathroom additionally includes a washing machine.
The kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extensive cookware and tableware for six people, as well as basic spices and cleaning supplies. A small, cozy seating area with armchairs completes the apartment.
Wi‑Fi, an iron, ironing board, and drying rack are available. The apartment is non‑smoking and can be rented either as a full unit or room‑by‑room with shared use of the kitchen and living area. Room rentals with private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area are available upon request.
