"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

Also etwa scharfe Messer und gescheite Töpfe in der Küche, alle wichtigen Küchengeräte, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, Toiletten-Papier etc. Ebenso wenig waren die Matratzen durchgelegen....

"Emma & Otto's home is very warm, welcoming and extremely clean and well appointed. The home is updated with modern appliances and comfortable furniture.
