This region is known for its national parks, with a breathtaking landscape of forests, heathland, and shifting sands - perfect for cycling and hiking. Access to the Drents-Friese Wold is within walking distance, and other natural beauties such as the Aekingerzand, National Park Dwingelderveld, and Weerribben-Wieden are nearby. The famous Giethoorn, the 'Venice of the North', is also nearby. The spacious front house of the farm (140 m²) is fully and tastefully furnished, equipped with central heating, wifi, and a non-smoking policy for a comfortable stay. The living room offers a spacious seating area with Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and Sound System, in addition to a cupboard full of DVDs, board games, and toys for the kids. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dining area, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, while the dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the utility room.
