Beautiful hotel with roof top pool, great proximity to the beach and the dragon bridge. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The welcome drink was delicious but the accompanying marshmallow tasted like a wet towel (spoiler: it was a wet towel, do not attempt to eat it - there are lots of good restaurants nearby) - LOL.

Clean room. Spacious with grey view. Circular platform for bed was uncomfortable to get in and out of. I had requested a late check out and was granted a 1 hour later check out. We were called a by a staff person before that time asking us to leave the room. I was very upset as we were told it was fine for the late check out really ruined by experience. Won’t stay again.

The resort is huge and has much to offer. Big pool, convenience store for late night snacks, restaurant, large morning buffet. Lots to see and do. It looks like this resort offered much more in the past but covid might have caused a lot of places to close. Would definitely stay here again.
