Good hotel overall

Typical Turkish hotel with poor finishing to rooms, but no different to others. Staff were friendly and the half board option was good value. Lovely pool too. Rooms are a little noisy with pipe work, and doors shutting from other rooms, but that is down to the design of the building. I’d definitely stay again as it does represent good value for what you pay.

Die Zimmer waren direkt nach dem einchecken noch schmutzig von den vorherigen Gästen, hatten Frühstück dabei, Auswahl sehr sehr gering. Keine Handtücher bekommen erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen. Aufzug spinnte immer wieder.

Temizlik ve hidjen konusunda sıkıntılı bir hotel. Duşa kabin ve balkon camları kir içinde idi. Duş giderlerini gördüğünüz de duşa giremiyorsunuz. Yastık kıfları ve çarşaflar kırış kırış. Balkondaki kül tablasının içinde önceki müşterinin olduğunu tahmin ettiğim izmarit duruyordu daha ne diyeyim. Uyarıda bulunduğunuz zaman burası 3 yıldızlı otel 5 yıldızlı otele gitseydiniz gibi bir cevap aldım. Sanırım çalışanlarının 3 yıldızlı otellerinde belirli standartları olması gerektiği ve temizliğin yıldıza bağlı olmayan bir zorunluluk olduğu konusunda bilgisi yoktu. Yatak son derece rahatsızdı. Kahvaltı vasat idi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Tavsiye ediyorum, güzel bir oteldi.

Altınkum sahile çok yakındı. Konumu iyiydi. Temizdi ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Otelin bahçesinde otoparkı vardı. Bu konuda da sorun yaşamadık. Odamız teras kattaydı. Muhteşem bir manzarası vardı. Yeni bir oteldi ancak yatağın yayları çıkmıştı, baza ve başlık kayıyordu. Çünkü birbirine montajı yapılmamıştı. Odada dinlebileceğiniz tek yer yatak olduğu için oda konforsuzdu. Bu konuda iyileştirme yapılabilir. Onun dışında biz memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirildiğinde tekrar tercih edilebilir.

Das hotel hat eine gute lage muss ich sagen Zimmer Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig mann musste Betteln das das die zimmer gereinigt werden das man neue Handtücher bekommt!!! putz frauen seher unfreundlich erst nach Gespräch mit den Hotel Manager wurden die zimmer gereinigt! Schade für so viel geld kein service

Очень странный крошечный номер неправильной формы

Отель симпатичный, чисто, бассейн чистый. Но номер очень огорчил, он был очень маленький, 2 спальная кровать и в странном закутке без света двухъярусная кровать для детей, на фотках я такого не видела, в номере было очень темно, большая кровать занимала почти все пространство, возле 2 ярусной кровати, где должны спать дети, торчали провода. Дверь от шкафа не возможно было открыть, т к задевал телевизор. Есть положительные моменты, в ресторане блюда вкусные и подача красивая. Завтраки однообразные.

The room was alright and the location is great. But nobody wears a mask in the building even at reception, and breakfast is served in a closed area where none but the lovely lady serving the food wears a mask.

prijs / kwaliteit perfect

leuk en knus hotel , geen overbodige luxe maar aangenaam en rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij centra enkele kleine details kunnen beter (douchekop nieuw maar oude houder paste niet , wc blijft soms wat lopen , 2 op 4 lampen in lift stuk) net hotel en vriendelijke bediening prijs/kwaliteit perfect voor herhaling vatbaar !

No dinner unlike reservation and no one uses masks

Well located by the beach. Reasonably clean. Unlike what my reservation mentioned, there was no dinner and breakfast, only breakfast. The staff didn't wear masks. In the middle of a nationwide curfew due to riding corona cases the person that checked me in had the audacity to tell me the situation was dire while not wearing a mask that was mandatory. During my 3 days here never ever did I see anyone wearing a mask out any protective equipment. Wifi, AC and hot whatever were OK. Nice view of the sea. No mini fridge. I'd not stay again.
