Pros: Foods are amazing Beaches are great and sea temperature is perfect. Staff are very good at reception, kesre beach and a la carte restaurants. Cons: Hotel is %60 full but they dont upgrade our room. We are only two adults. I forget my swimsuit at the beach. They have an assistant chat but it is not worked. They couldnt find it. I go there and get my stuff. I want to try breakfast restaurant at the adult side but it is also rejected. They dont have any idea about the customer appreciation.

"The owner is absolutely horrible. He is very very greedy. The fridge was off. There was no water in the fridge in the middle of the summer. He was very unfriendly.
