Villa La Terrazza is a nice stone building (300 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms.

The property is composed of the main building and the annex, however they are connected by a loggia.

The Experience
After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

In order to reach the property, you have to travel a dirt, partially paved road for approximately 300m.

IMPORTANT: One side of the property and a part of the garden adjoins "San Lorenzo" (about 30 m. away) and they are divided simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate and independent entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. There is the possibility of booking both houses together.
