    Lighted 310 ft fishing pier, with fish being caught from shore to end of pier!

    Even have rod/reel rack for 20 rods in outside storage room to store your rigged up rods!
    There is 1 Jack and Jill bedroom that can only be entered by you going thru 1 of the other bedrooms. So setup not good for 3 couples but great for an all girls or all guys rental or for kids with 2 couples
    This is a spacious 1500 sq ft condo 3bed/2 bath a A queen sofa bed and a trundle bed with 2twinXL
    2 bedrooms have king memory foam mattress, 3rd bedroom a full/queen memory foam electric incline platform.

    No stairs to climb the floor is at street level and entrance through the garage so you will never get wet if it’s raining

    If you want the whole house of 5 bedrooms/4 baths book instantly with VRBO property# 4283458 for a really great experience.

    This home is Near Kemah, Galveston, Seabrook area.

    1500 sq ft living space-large kitchen with lots of pots/pans, coffee/creamer/sugar, shampoo soap hair dryer provided. lots of towels & linens.

    310 ft lighed fishing pier is one of the longest/largest in the area.

    No Smoking inside. but can smoke outside using provided enclosed ashtray.

    1 enclosed garage space included plus parking for ~14 cars on grassy lot.



    NO PETS ever, due to several issues.
