I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were efficient and helpful. I have a peeve regarding all the hotels I have stayed in recently. The pillows on the bed are too many and too little. It was like putting my head on a Chicklet!😳. The breakfast was awesome, the room was spic and span. I love the toiletries you are using. Keep up the good work!(and get bigger pillows!)

"Room was decently clean. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The elevator got stuck just for a few minutes then started back up with a very scary crash. The train parked right in front of the hotel, so it was loud and we had to walk a ways to get around it to the shops and restaurants. ..."
