Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Loews Atlanta. The staff were great, the hotel smelled wonderful, and the bar had excellent drinks. There were, however, some maintenance issues that needed attention. I notified management and was assured they would be addressed, but one remained unresolved the next morning. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better follow through. Charging $9 for a bottle of water in the room also felt excessive.
I do plan to stay here again because there was a lot to enjoy. I just hope management addresses the maintenance concerns so the condition of the hotel matches the hospitality of the staff.
