"The only thing I was upset with our hotel is that the tub wouldn’t drain while showering so when we took a shower the tub was filled with water up to our ankles and had to wait until it drained for the next person to shower"

"We had 3 registered guests in our room, and the staff NEVER got the towel count correct. I had to call the front desk 3 times to get enough towels. There was no cup for the bathroom, the room was dark, loud street noise to the point we had a hard time sleeping, no microwave and the coffee tray was not refilled 2 days in a row. Also, the Bistro ran out of food twice while we were staying there."

"Overall this stay was fine. Nice bed and clean. Expect a small room. Very close to Union station stop. The noise really got to me by the last day. The front desk running the vacuum at 7:30 am after a night of people coming home at 11, 2 am, 4am and starting to leave for their day at 6 am. The doors are a heavy slam. I was in a room on the same floor as the front desk and I could hear everything they say at that desk. It was a no sleep weekend until I found my earplugs."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues"
