"The room was dark. There was only 1 light between the 2 beds. The restroom light was on a 30 second timer. They did not give us regular face towels. It was a dish towel. The floor in the elevators were dirty, that evening when we arrived and the same dirty floor was there the next day. The ceiling was not painted in a large portion of the room, maybe they had a leak and they repaired the ceiling, but didn't bother to paint it. This was the 2nd room. The first room was dark, the floor was bumpy and you could not lock the room, the dead bolts did not work and we could not secure the door and this was also the case for both rooms. "Check in was quick however the room keys wouldn’t work in the elevator and we ended up jogging down to the main lobby from the seventh floor upon our arrival to get the keys figured out. Turned out the elevator was the problem. We were told not to use that elevator again! "
